Executive Mosaic is honored to introduce Kathy Warden, a corporate vice president at Northrop Grumman and president of its information systems business segment, as the newest inductee into the Wash100 — a group of influential leaders in the government contracting arena.
Warden manages an organization provides defense, intelligence and civilian agencies as well as commercial customers in the fields of cybersecurity, C3ISR, homeland security, health and public safety.
She told an Information Assurance 2014 event in June partnerships between industry, academia and government and continued investments in research, training and education programs could help global cybersecurity efforts.
“No one government or company can effect change alone; it is the product of a diverse set of people and organizations, ideas and solutions coming together,” she said.
Warden is a former sector vice president and general manager of the information systems business’ cyber intelligence division.
Before Northrop, she has worked at General Dynamics‘ advanced information systems segment, Veridian and General Electric.
She was also part of the Executive Mosaic Cyber Group for 2011 to 2012 and the Intelligence and National Security Alliance executive committee.
Warden is currently a member of AFCEA International and Northrop’s corporate policy council.
Executive Mosaic congratulates Kathy Warden and the Northrop Grumman team for their selection to receive this award.
