Ellen McCarthy, Noblis NSP President, Selected to 2017 Wash100 for Big Data & Geospatial Leadership

Posted by Jane Edwards on February 7, 2017 in Wash100 | 237 Views

Executive Mosaic is honored to announce Ellen McCarthy, president of the National Security Partners organization at Noblis, as an inductee into the 2017 edition of the Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection of influential leaders in the government contracting industry.

In November 2015, McCarthy joined Noblis NSP where she oversees the organization’s efforts to provide full-mission support services to federal agencies in the areas of big data, cyber operations, web development and geospatial technology.

“I’m eager to leverage my intelligence and law enforcement experience to further position and solidify Noblis NSP’s stance as an authoritative force in the [Intelligence Community] and security fields,” she said at the time of her appointment.

Prior to Noblis, she previously served as former director of plans and programs at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

She is also former chief operating officer at NGA where she oversaw the agency’s development and execution plans, programs, technology and research and development efforts.

McCarthy also served as president of the Intelligence National Security Alliance and led the organization’s cybersecurity, acquisition, counterintelligence, homeland security intelligence-related policy and programs.

Her previous government roles include director of human capital management at the office of undersecretary of defense intelligence, chief of strategy, policy and operations at the U.S. Coast Guard and analyst at the U.S. Atlantic Command and Office of Naval Intelligence.

Executive Mosaic congratulates Ellen McCarthy and the Noblis team for their selection to receive this award.
