john BrennanExecutive Mosaic is honored to announce John Brennan, Director of the CIA, as the newest inductee into the Wash 100, the premier group of leaders who create value for the American public and execute strategic vision at the intersection of the public and private sectors.

Brennan returned to the CIA as director in 2013 and has served more than 25 years in the agency over the course of his career.

At different times, Brennan served as a CIA station chief in Saudi Arabia, chief of staff to then-director George Tenet, deputy executive director, director of the then-newly created Terrorist Threat Integration Center, which tapped analysts from around 12 different U.S. agencies, and director of the National Countertorrism Center.

Brennan brings some experience in industry and collaboration to his role, serving as chairman of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance and as chief executive of security consultant The Analysis Corporation from 2005 through 2008.

During which time the firm was bought by Global Strategies Group and was folded into that firm’s intelligence solutions division within GTEC, its North American technology business that would later become Sotera Defense Solutions.

Executive Mosaic extends its congratulations to John and the rest of the CIA organization.
