Pamela Drew, Exelis EVP, Elected to Wash100 for Air Traffic Control Sector Leadership

Posted by Anna Forrester on January 28, 2015 in Wash100 | 131 Views

Pamela-DrewExecutive Mosaic is honored to introduce Dr. Pamela Drew, executive vice president and president of Exelis‘ information systems business, as the newest inductee into the Wash100 — a group of influential leaders in the government contracting industry.

Drew was promoted to the EVP ranks at the McLean, Va.-based defense contractor in February 2014, nearly one year after she joined the company to lead its information systems business.

Exelis’ information systems team served as lead systems integrator for a project under the Federal Aviation Administration‘s Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast network.

The company purchased Australia-based communications software firm C4i Ltd. in February 2013, a move Drew said was targed to achieve “synergies with our air traffic management business with an immediate focus on Australia’s oneSKY Australia initiative to combine civil and military air traffic control.”

Drew’s GovCon career includes roles such as senior vice president for strategic capabilities and technology at TASC; VP of business development at Northrop Grumman‘s mission systems business; and VP and general manager of Boeing‘s integrated defense and security solutions unit.

Executive Mosaic offers its congratulations to Pamela Drew and the Exelis team for their selection to receive this award.
