Kevin Shelly, MarkLogic Public Sector VP, Chosen to Wash100 for Database and Storage Leadership

Posted by Anna Forrester on February 9, 2015 in Wash100 | 214 Views

Kevin-Shelly-New-HqExecutive Mosaic is glad to announce Kevin Shelly, vice president of MarkLogic‘s public sector business, as the newest inductee into the Wash100 — a group of influential leaders in the government contracting industry.

Since November 2012, Shelly has been in charge of the company’s sales strategy, policy and resources for public sector customers in the intelligence community, federal civilian, defense and state and local government sectors.

He told ExecutiveBiz in June 2014 that the company is working to build its enterprise database portfolio by offering searchable storage tools to clients.

“[Customers] can ingest data as is and it becomes immediately searchable and can be leveraged by [their] existing applications,” he said.

Shelly has worked on sales, enterprise software and services, management consulting and systems integration at Oracle, Sybase, KPMG (BearingPoint) and Affiliated Computer Services.

Executive Mosaic extends its congratulations to Kevin Shelly and the MarkLogic team for their selection to receive this award.
