Coleman_Randy_wash100_2016Executive Mosaic is honored to introduce Randall Coleman, an executive assistant director at the FBI, as an inductee into the 2016 edition of the Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection of influential leaders in the government contracting arena.

Coleman heads the bureau’s criminal, cyber, response and services branch out of the FBI’s Washington headquarters and took the role in late 2015 to oversee cyber crime investigations and related incident response and victim assistance programs.

His career with the bureau began in 1997 as a special agent who handled criminal and domestic terrorism cases and as on-scene commander for kidnappings, robberies, homicides and fugitive investigations.

He later managed the counterintelligence division’s counterespionage section in Washington, worked on counterintelligence and national security programs at the bureau’s San Antonio division and oversaw the establishment of a public corruption task force for the Little Rock division.

Prior to his current role, the 19-year veteran led efforts to block foreign intelligence services as well as stop economic espionage, trade-secret theft and insider threats as assistant director of the counterintelligence division, where he also previously held the deputy assistant director position.

Coleman is a former U.S. Army officer who worked at Fort Hood and at Fort Carson for a total of nine years before he joined the FBI.

Executive Mosaic congratulates Randall Coleman and the FBI team for their selection to receive this award.
