Chuck Prow, Vectrus CEO, Selected to 2017 Wash100 for IT & Logistics Convergence Leadership

Executive Mosaic is pleased to announce Chuck Prow, president and CEO of Vectrus, as an inductee into the 2017 edition of Wash100 — Executive Mosaic’s annual selection of influential leaders in the government contracting arena.

The three-time Wash100 inductee and former IBM government business leader joined Colorado Springs-based Vectrus in December 2016, nearly two years after the company spun out of its former parent Exelis.

In an interview with GovCon Wire last month, Prow said Vectrus would look to grow its information technology and network communications line of business as a complement to the government contractor’s integrated facility and logistics services offering.

“We will have a dedicated focus on growth and development in order to enhance the value proposition of Vectrus, create greater value for our existing clients, and more opportunities for our employees,” he said.

“My background and the capabilities of Vectrus can help enhance our facilities and logistics offerings, plus strengthen our IT competencies to create a higher-value platform that includes IT-enabled facility and logistics capabilities.”

Prow, a three-time Wash100 inductee, previously oversaw at least $9 billion in revenue at IBM as he led acquisition strategy, business partnerships and marketing efforts across all levels of government in his previous role as leader of Big Blue’s global public sector unit.

The 20-year GovCon veteran also held the roles of a principal at Virginia-based investment firm Sterling Capital Group Partners and president of its CPS Professional Services portfolio company for one year before he moved to Vectrus.

Executive Mosaic congratulates Chuck Prow and the Vectrus team for their selection to receive this award.
