Everfox has named Colin McKinty managing director of its International business as the cybersecurity company expands its operations outside the U.S., the company said Tuesday.

Who Is Colin McKinty?

McKinty is a cybersecurity executive who previously served as business leader for its Hardsec strategic initiative, promoting hardware-enforced security and helping advance the company’s cross-domain security capabilities. He held the role of federal civilian sales director when he joined Everfox in 2025 following its acquisition of U.K.-based Garrison Technology in 2024.

At Garrison, he served as managing director and general manager for North America. McKinty previously spent more than 17 years at BAE Systems, most recently as vice president of cybersecurity strategy. What Will McKinty Do at Everfox?

McKinty will report to Chief Operating Officer John DeSimone, while serving as a senior representative to government, defense and intelligence customers, along with industry partners and other stakeholders.

Working from London, he will help drive the company’s growth in international markets. He will also oversee customer relationships and operational performance, while coordinating with the company’s global teams on national and allied priorities. His appointment comes as Everfox continues to expand globally and invest in its U.K. team and operations.

What Other Leadership Changes Has Everfox Made?

Besides naming DeSimone COO in July, Everfox appointed Toby O’Brien as chief financial officer earlier that month. In January, the company named Dave Wajsgras chairman and CEO, succeeding Sean Berg, who moved to an advisory role. Wajsgras, a nine-time Wash100 Award winner, previously served as CEO of Intelsat and spent nearly 15 years at Raytheon.
