Lockheed Martin Names New VP, Regional Executive for Canada, Latin America

Kristen Leroux, Lockheed Martin vice president and regional executive for Canada and Latin America

Lockheed Martin has appointed Kristen Leroux as vice president and regional executive for Canada and Latin America, succeeding Lorraine Ben. Leroux will report directly to Ray Piselli, the company’s VP for international business.

Piselli said Leroux’s experience in developing and growing businesses will ensure Lockheed Martin continues to deliver world-class solutions to meet customers’ evolving needs.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Leroux joins Lockheed Martin from DXC Technology Canada, where she most recently served as president and managing director of DXC’s Canadian subsidiary. Throughout her over five years at DXC, she was also VP for DXC Canada Market Geo and president of ESIT Canada and general manager for the Canada Public Sector.

Apart from working at DXC, she spent more than 17 years at IBM, where she was practice leader for a multicloud advisory board, business unit executive for IBM Cloud and Cognitive Solutions Canada and a client manager, among other roles.

The new Lockheed VP holds a political science degree from the University of Western Ontario and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Program.
