Unanet Introduces AI-Powered CRM to UK Construction Market

Craig Halliday, CEO of Unanet. Halliday said the entry of Unanet's CRM into the UK aligns with the company's global expansion

Unanet has launched its artificial intelligence-powered customer relationship management, or CRM, for architecture, engineering and construction firms in the United Kingdom.

The CRM is available through Algorithms Software UK, which also offers the Xpedeon construction enterprise resource planning platform, Unanet said Monday.

How Will the Unanet-Algorithms Software Partnership Support Construction Firms?

Customers will be able to combine Unanet’s CRM capabilities with Algorithms Software’s ERP platform Xpedeon to manage finance, operations and project workflows within the office, on-site and across supply chains. The combined platforms also offer real-time visibility into both project and pipeline performance, according to Unanet.

Additionally, Unanet has integrated AI and automation capabilities into its CRM, delivering predictive insights and prescriptive actions to users.

The U.K. availability of Unanet’s CRM marks the Dulles, Virginia-based company’s international expansion.

“This is an important milestone in our long-term vision. The UK and other international markets include a number of construction companies, and now, for the first time, we’ll be able to offer them access to the Unanet CRM product, purpose-built for their business development needs,” stated Craig Halliday, CEO of Unanet and a three-time Wash100 awardee. “The partnership with Xpedeon is highly complementary, given their focus on ERP for construction companies. Together, we can offer an end-to-end pipeline to profitability solution.”
