The Ground Warden next-generation digital sensor-to-shooter suite is designed to improve the Akeron missiles by integrating beyond-line-of-sight engagement. In a LinkedIn post, the company describes the solution “as an answer to ground operatives’ growing need for reactivity and assistance in an increasingly dynamic environment.”

NEODE is focused on developing advanced digital solutions and AI-enabled technologies. It was created to support initiatives centered around procuring innovative technologies to enhance the performance of MBDA’s wide range of defense solutions.

MBDA CEO Eric Beranger said the startup is a testament to the company’s ability to innovate while using AI to push the capabilities of its portfolio.

“I have full confidence in NEODE Systems to provide the French Army, and all our customers, with the technology they need to deal with new threats on the ground quickly and efficiently,” he said.
