Ultra Intelligence & Communications has announced that its U.K. cyber division has partnered with Domo Tactical Communications, based in Ashburn, Virginia, to develop encrypted high-frequency radio platforms for allied forces.

The partnership involves Ultra Cyber integrating its advanced cryptographic data protection tools with DTC’s non-ITAR HF radio technology. Non-ITAR means the technology is not controlled for export under U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations.

By combining these technologies, the two companies aim to provide allied forces with secure and reliable communications capable of operating together across different networks, addressing the evolving mission challenges of modern battlefields.

The Potomac Officers Club’s upcoming 2025 GovCon International and Global Defense Summit will feature discussions on secure, interoperable IT solutions. Be sure to secure your spot today.

“Every mission relies upon secure and trusted communications,” said Juliette Wilcox Ultra Cyber president, during the memorandum of understanding signing ceremony at DSEI UK 2025. “By integrating our proven cryptographic expertise with DTC’s HF radios, we will deliver NATO and international partners secure, resilient communications tailored for the ever-changing battlespace.”

Steve Beeching, DTC senior vice president, emphasized that the collaboration is focused on delivering “user-focused sustainable solutions” to help allies stay ahead of emerging threats. “Our investments, talent and partnership are all focused on solving our customers communication challenges and outpacing the expanding adversary threats across both the contested spectrum and battlespace,” he said.
