Government services provider Maximus and British software company Skyral have formed a strategic partnership to bring advanced modeling and simulation technology to defense and government customers. The partnership will initially focus on transforming healthcare service delivery in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Skyral’s digital twin technology will be integrated with the Maximus Total Experience Management ecosystem to allow agencies to test and refine service delivery models in virtual environments before implementation, reducing operational risk and improving resiliency. The combined technology will also provide the tools to model workforce needs, patient outcomes and resource allocation.
Mike Raker, global chief technology officer at Maximus, said the partnership provides “a transformative opportunity to reimagine public service delivery for millions of Americans, Canadians and Britons.” He expects the collaboration to bring “better outcomes for service users, whilst reducing costs for taxpayers and improving efficiency.”
Skyral CEO Jason Kennedy sees the partnership as a significant opportunity to transform healthcare delivery. “We’re excited to help users experiment with solutions in virtual environments before implementing them in the real world, ultimately helping millions of people access better care,” he said.
The partnership supports both companies’ growth strategies. Skyral is expanding its healthcare applications beyond its defense and infrastructure customer base, while Maximus enhances its technology offerings with modeling and simulation and artificial intelligence capabilities.
