What Is the Prepar3D Fuse?

Prepar3D Fuse is a new simulation platform, built on a custom Unreal Engine 5 framework, designed to integrate high-fidelity graphics, artificial intelligence-generated terrain and advanced sensor modeling for flight training, joint exercises and mission rehearsal.

What Are the Prepar3D Fuse’s Training Capabilities?

The Prepar3D Fuse features a material-encoded full-earth globe with over 1,000 geo-referenced airports and high-resolution cityscapes. The platform incorporates realistic atmospheric and weather conditions, multi-spectral sensor suites and the SAGE Infrared Math Model for accurate weapons and platform validation.

The simulation utilizes an AI-powered, semi-automated forces engine to model realistic behaviors, ranging from individual crews to brigade-level exercises. It complies with distributed interactive simulation standards, common image generator interfaces and Unreal Engine workflows. Its open architecture enables rapid integration with existing training platforms.
