Amir Emami has joined L3Harris Technologies as vice president of international business development for the company’s Integrated Mission Systems segment. He announced the move Thursday through a LinkedIn post, marking a new chapter in a career that spans defense technology, consulting and military service.
Emami brings over eight years of experience from Raytheon, where he held several senior roles in business development and capture management. According to his LinkedIn profile, his most recent post at the company was director of business development for advanced technologies, a position he held from December 2023 to July 2025. Before that, he served as a business development executive at Raytheon’s Doha office and held director and manager-level roles in land warfare and air defense.
Earlier in his career, Emami worked as a senior consultant and project manager at Booz Allen Hamilton and completed a mergers and acquisitions advisory internship at PwC. Before entering the private sector, he served nearly 11 years in the U.S. Army.
Emami holds a master’s degree in strategy and entrepreneurship from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a bachelor’s in marketing and finance from the University of Houston.
